Karl is a former senior business executive who successfully operated a marketing information/ publishing company for over 30 years . Eithne operates a life coaching company- MyNewLifeCoach (mynewlifecoach.co.uk) and has delivered personal and professional development courses in the UK, Ireland and Spain. Eithne also works as a lecturer at the University of Bradford delivering courses in Emerging Enterprise, Personal and Professional Development, Competence in the Workplace, Interpersonal Communications. Some of the modules have been delivered in community settings where Eithne has also delivered new business start up courses and business mentoring as part of the UK government’s ‘Business Kickstart Programme’. Eithne currently works in the private healthcare sector and as a business tutor in Further Education.
Carol Butterfield, B Ed. and Cert Ed. Dip. NLP and Dip. Coaching is a professional business coach, lecturer and trainer. She operates her own training company Towers Thirza Limited. Carol lectures at the University of Bradford and in addition to being a successful entrepreneur is a former HR executive. Carol is a member of the CIPD.
Following 20 years working in the private and public sector as a Change Manager and learning and development specialist, Carol co-created Towers Thirza Ltd,in 2004. This boutique consultancy offers specialist advice, solutions and strategies for organisations wishing to optimise their people’s performance and embed effective skills and behaviours.
Like Eithne Carol has delivered new business start up courses and business mentoring as part of the UK Government’s Business Kickstart Programme.
